Dennis Rosvall

Dennis Rosvall has a passion for the business of real estate. From the time in 1994 when he began his career, he has done more than just help his valued clients buy and sell houses – he has integrated himself as a respected authority in the real estate industry.

With his academic background in business administration, marketing and economics from the University of San Diego, an initial 5-year career in specialty advertising and marketing, and a RE/MAX Hall of Fame career spanning the remainder of his professional life, Dennis is uniquely qualified to lead the regional development of PRC.

In fact, Dennis has been grooming himself during the better part of the last decade getting into position to lead PRC’s expansion. As a Scottsdale, Arizona based REALTOR® who tutored under Stephen O’Hara in the late 1990’s, Dennis implemented many of the early values and systems of PRC which became hallmarks of his own practice. Dennis belongs to the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) and is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and a Certified School and Community Advisor (CSCA).

Described by his colleagues as determined, diplomatic, sharp, witty, and sincere, Dennis has found that these traits have served him well as he became a leader in his community. He has served as a Director in the Arizona Association of REALTORS®, a Director in the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS®, Branch Manager of Scottsdale Mega Office, RE/MAX Achievers and the Chairman of the weekly RE/MAX Northeast Valley Tour in Scottsdale.

PRC is committed to being a REALTOR® driven company. To accomplish its goals, PRC formally brought Dennis into the company in 2006 to lead its regional beta test in Arizona. The success that PRC enjoys today can be traced to the research and development experienced by Dennis and his team of original Council Members in Scottsdale. (This original team was honored for their efforts when PRC created its Founders Club.) The regional model that Dennis helped create is being duplicated across the United States. It was only natural that PRC asked Dennis to lead this effort in Regional Development.

Dennis’ responsibilities include strategic partner relations, product development, recruiting and training.

Dennis resides with his family in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix, Arizona.
