Who can you trust?

REALTORS® who become PRC Council Members™ are subject to random, recurring Background Checks and must maintain a consistent CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index). PRC maintains an ongoing customer survey system in order to assure Consumers a consistent high standard of service. If a PRC Council Member™ fails to meet the PRC standard, their Council
Membership will be terminated.

Our seal is your assurance that you are working with a PRC Council Member™ - an experienced REALTOR® you can trust to be your advocate through the entire buying and selling process.

Many agents have been 'licensed' for years, but they have very little experience - they just have a license. It shouldn't surprise you to know that most of the legal complaints and financial losses are caused by these inexperienced agents.

The truth is, very few real estate agents can qualify as a PRC Council Member™. Less than 3% of over 1.2 million REALTORS® will ever be a PRC Council Member™. PRC only approves about one REALTOR® in each community for Council Membership.
